Abstract

This study proposes a strategic framework to develop resilient green technology strategies for sustainable development in Morocco. The fuzzy Delphi method was applied to finalize and categorize the indicators. Twenty-three indicators were identified and grouped into five categories. Furthermore, the fuzzy analytical hierarchical process was used to compute and rank the green technology indicators. The findings indicate that the environmental capital foundation and output efficiency rank the highest among the major categories, with the regulatory measure subindicator being the most important among the twenty-three subindicators. Finally, this study assessed resilient green technology strategies to promote economic and environmental sustainability in Morocco.
