Abstract

Test results of a study designed to analyse the effect of elevated temperatures on the compressive strength of concrete incorporating factors such as water-cement ratio, aggregate-cement ratio, time of exposures are presented. It was shown that water-cement ratio is not a sensitive factor, while the hours of exposure to heat and the concrete mix are.
