Abstract
The objective of this video is to demonstrate a robotic-assisted uterine sparing approach to treatment of infected mesh complicated by spondylodiscitis in the setting of a sacrohysteropexy, a rare but serious complication associated with urogynecologic surgery with an incidence of 1-2%.
