Abstract

To research and develop fluorescence temperature sensor, Er3+-doped NaY(WO4)2 crystal had been prepared. Under 808 nm excitation, the sample's fluorescent spectra were measured. Strong green up-conversion emissions at 525 nm and 550 nm were observed. Their intensity ratio is variable with the increase of the sample's temperature. The maximal sensitivity of Er3+ doped NaY(WO4)2 crystal was about 0.0058/K. Our researches are helpful for exploiting temperature sen- sor based on fluorescence intensity ratio.
