Abstract
Abstract The rapid development of rural tourism has brought such problems as the environment pollution, resource degradation. The renewable energy technology can be applied in the development of low carbon rural tourism. This paper takes Changsha for example, applying the local biomass energy, solar energy and wind energy in the development of low carbon rural tourism and puts forward some methods on how to apply these renewable energies.
