Researchers expect to solidify findings in study of schizophrenia prevention

Abstract

Over the past two decades, the mental health research community has made significant strides in identifying the factors that can predict whether an individual is likely to develop schizophrenia. Now there is great hope that a major study being launched across the globe will confirm what is already known and will pave the way for effective strategies to prevent onset of the disorder.
