Abstract
The original article provided a deeper understanding on the effectiveness of home-based oxygen therapy with bilevel positive airway pressure and that of osteopathic manipulative respiratory and physical therapy techniques in impeding exacerbation of early-stage COVID-19 pneumonia. In this letter, we propose further issues that should be discussed in terms of research design, technologies for patient recruitment, and the influence of a telemanagement system on health care development.
