Abstract
Secretory otitis media is one common clinical disease, which can cause patients with hearing loss, seriously affect the quality of human life and health, and bring serious economic burden to the patient's family. Currently, the causes of secretory otitis media are complex, and it did not form a unified understanding with the mechanism. The early diagnosis of secretory otitis media and timely treatment is essential to improve the prognosis and quality of life of patients. This article will review the mechanism, diagnosis and treatment of secretory otitis media in recent years, in order to provide some guiding significance for the clinical treatment of secretory otitis media.
