Abstract
With the rapid development of economy and society and the continuous improvement of scientific and technological, the research on mechanical reliability has become one of the key concerns of people around the world. However, due to many reasons, the research on mechanical reliability in China is still relatively backward. In this paper, the concept of mechanical reliability and its domestic and international development status are introduced. The research status, classification, characteristics and application prospect of mechanical reliability test are analyzed. Various mechanical reliability design methods are discussed and compared, and its future development direction is prospected.
