肿瘤的诱导分化疗法是肿瘤治疗学研究的新领域.全反式维甲酸诱导分化治疗已成为治疗急性早幼粒细胞白血病的首选手段.随着对肿瘤诱导分化机制的深入研究和动物实验的开展,诱导分化疗法成为肿瘤治疗学研究的一大热点,提示本疗法可能是今后临床治疗肿瘤的一个新方向。
