Abstract

To explore the relationship of nurses'psychological contract breach and turnover intention.In order to improve the nurses 'satisfaction,reduce the nurses'turnover intention,stabilize and develop nurse team.By comparing many papers of nurses'turnover intension related factors to analyze the reasons,psychological contract was studied to find out what is the relationship between nurse turnover intention and psychological contract breach.It is necessary to research the relationship between nurse turnover intention and psychological contract breach.Influencing factors of turnover intention are beyond counting.When the psychological contracts are effectively realized,employees would show a higher job satisfaction and organizational trust,otherwise it will destroy staff attitudes and negative work behavior.Studying the relationship of nurses'psychological contract breach and turnover intention is helpful to researching the reason of nursing staff turnover,improving work efficiency,reducing nurses' turnover intention,improving the nurse team stability.
