Abstract
In this article,the concept of patient safety culture was defined.The factors and function of patient safety culture were introduced.The misunderstanding about patient safety culture in the traditional view was analyzed.To investigate how to carry out the construction of patient safety culture from 6 aspects including leadership attaches great importance to and full participation,strengthening the construction of the organization,standardizing the key procedures,establishing spontaneous reporting system and error analysis system based on network,strengthening the training of teamwork and communication skills,strengthening the education and training activities.
