Abstract

Recently, nano metal matrix composite has attracted significantly because of their unique properties; for example, wear resistance, enhanced damping attributes, and high strength. Keeping this in view, it is important to discuss the various fabrication methods of the nanocomposite. Different researchers have fabricated various types of nanocomposites using key methods and came up with recommendations. It also attempts to highlight various types of metal matrix and reinforcement used in the process. The future research directions and development on this research area have been discussed. Therefore, this review could be a data source for the scientific researchers working in the field of nanocomposite.
