Abstract

MicroRNA(miRNA) is endogenous small non-coding RNA of about 22 nucleotides, which plays a significant role in cell differentiation, proliferation, apoptosis and other physiological processes. MiRNA has become one of the hottest topics in recent years, and its relationship with many kinds of cancer has been confirmed. Studies have shown that abnormal expression of miRNA is closely associated with acute myeloid leukemia(AML). In this paper, the miRNA in AML in the latest research progress were summarized. Key words: MicroRNAs; Leukemia, myeloid, acute; Gene expression regulation
