Abstract
With the development of postgraduate education, the number of nursing postgraduates is increasing year by year. As a part of nursing higher education, postgraduate nursing education is an important way to cultivate talents of clinical nursing, higher nursing education, management and scientific research. In clinical work, the demand for nursing management ability is increasing, so it is essential to cultivate the management ability of nursing postgraduates. Taking the management ability as the breakthrough point, this article summarized the current situation of management ability in nursing postgraduates and provided references for cultivating management ability of nursing postgraduates in our country.
