Abstract

Metastasis is one of the important biological behaviors of renal cell carcinoma. As a non-coding RNA transcript, long non-coding RNA (lncRNA) plays an important role in the process of replication, transcription and translation of cellular genetic material, and has great effects in the metastasis mechanism of renal cell carcinoma. This article reviews the mechanism of lncRNA involvement in renal cell carcinoma metastasis. Key words: Long non-coding RNA; Renal cell carcinoma; Metastasis
