Abstract

Liver fibrosis is end stage of varieties liver diseases. It is the major determinant of morbidity and mortality in patients with liver disease. It lacks effective treatments and is irreversible. Long noncoding RNA (lncRNA) is a member of noncoding RNA (ncRNA) with length from 200 nucleotides to 100 kilobases and lacks protein-coding capacity. Nowadays, it has been proved to play important roles in numerous physiological processes. So we collect articles that focus on lncRNAs and liver fibrosis to make a review.
