Abstract

The risks of hemorrhage and thromboembolism are high in acute leukemia, and affect the survival rate and fatality rate of acute leukemia significantly. Clinical manifestations in these two complications of acute leukemia have their own characteristics. Recognition of these characteristics is very important in the diagnosis and therapy of acute leukemia. This review focuses on the characteristics and research progress of hemorrhage and thromboembolism in acute leukemia, in order to effectively prevent and reduce the incidence of these two complications of acute leukemia.
