Abstract
Pancreatic cancer is a highly malignant digestive tract tumor with extremely high mortality and poor prognosis. With the quick development of the diagnosis and treatment of surgical disease, remarkable improvement in pancreatic cancer survival has already been achieved. However, the final effects are very slight on pancreatic cancer. Exosomes, about 30-150 nm in diameter, are small vesicles secreted by almost all cells. Many studies have shown that exosomes can affect tumor cell proliferation, invasion and metastasis, immune tolerance and chemical resistance formation. This article will focus on the biological functions of exosomes and their latest research progress in the development, diagnosis, treatment of pancreatic cancer, and provide new ideas for the diagnosis and treatment of pancreatic cancer. Key words: Exosomes; Pancreatic cancer; Progress
