Abstract
Interstitial lung disease is one of the most important complications in connective tissue diseases (CTD). Connective tissue diseases related interstitial lung disease (CTD-ILD) is difficult to be early diagnosed, with higher morbidity and mortality.Therefore, the study on the relationship between CTD-ILD and autoantibodies is very important in prevention, early diagnosis, guiding treatment, and prognosis of the disease.In order to improve the diagnosis and timely treatment of CTD-ILD, the most common autoantibodies in CTD and clinical properties of CTD-ILD are reviewed in this paper.
