Abstract

Diffuse large B cell lymphoma (DLBCL) is a common and aggressive lymphoma. Activated B cell-like (ABC) subtype of DLBCL patients are characterized by high recurrence rate, low survival rate and poor prognosis. Continued excessive activation of Nuclear factor (NF)-κB signaling pathway is the most significant feature of ABC subtype of DLBCL which differentiate it from other subtypes of DLBCL, and it is also one of the key signaling pathways which lead to ABC subtype of DLBCL. In recent years, many research results confirmed that CARMA1 plays an important role in ABC subtype of DLBCL occurrence through the regulation of NF-κB signaling pathway. The article reviews literatures on CARMA1 function, gene mutation and post translation modification impact on ABC subtype of DLBCL. Key words: Lymphoma, large B-cell, diffuse; CARMA1 protein; NF-kappa B
