Abstract
Mantle cell lymphoma (MCL), is a disease with high heterogeneity, which is insensitivity to the chemotherapy and presents poor prognosis. Appearance of the Bruton tyrosine kinase (BTK) targeted inhibitors, such as ibrutinib, provides novel treatment strategy for MCL.
