Abstract
原发肺癌（multiple primary lung cancer, MPLC）的发病率呈逐年上升趋势，但关于MPLC的发病机制、诊断、鉴别诊断和临床处理策略仍存在诸多争议。本综述将对目前关于MPLC的发病机制、诊断标准、鉴别诊断和处理策略方面的研究进展做一个回顾，旨在为该病的诊疗提供理论基础。
