Abstract

In the last decade, Progress of acute myeloid leukemia (AML) induction therapy included: ① the increased treatment intensity; ② the inclusion of new durg; ③ the decreased early treatment related mortality. The perspective of AML induction therapy in the future included: ①the application of targeted drug; ② individualized stratification; ③ optimization and refinement of support and anti-infection therapy. The article focuses on progress and perspective of acute myeloid leukemia induction therapy.
