Abstract
Since single domain antibody was found in 1993, its research and application have made great progress. Single domain antibody can be used for imaging diagnosis of tumors as well as diagnostics and medicines or targeting delivery system. In this review, research progress and application of single domain antibody in tumor immunotherapy and imaging are summarized.
