Abstract
AbstractThe paper’s objective is to review the journal’s articles submitted between the years 2010–2019 in reputed journals and conferences in the field of industry 4.0 and its associated technologies. The paper deals with the work carried out by researchers in the area of Industry 4.0, smart supply chain management, digital supply chain, and the technologies used in the supply chain part of logistics, procurement, scheduling, and human resource management. In the first stage of analysis, papers were analyzed and referred to as topics covered in the article, like the digital supply chain, smart supply chain, Internet of things, RFID, big data, and industry 4.0. In the second stage of analysis, papers are identified by the cluster of their work done. In the final stage of the study, the opportunities and challenges faced in the related technology and work are finalized to give the work scope to be carried out in the future. Around 119 journals and conferences, papers from 68 different journals and conferences were analyzed to provide a future scope study in Industry 4.0 and smart supply chain management. This study identifies the future scope of industry 4.0 research by performing a systematic literature review of industry 4.0 articles from both academics and industrial research.KeywordsDigital supply chainIoTRFIDSmart supply chain managementIndustry 4.0
