Abstract

In order to solve the problem of mine water treatment in the production process of coal mine enterprises, the source and characteristics of mine water are introduced, and the zero discharge technology of mine water is studied and applied in engineering, the zero discharge technology of mine water includes three stages: pretreatment, concentration and reduction, and evaporation and crystallization. The results show that: for the mine water with TDS mass concentration of 3200 mg/L, coagulation clarification process is used for pretreatment, reverse osmosis+DTRO is used for concentration and reduction, MVR is used for evaporation and crystallization, the TDS concentration of concentrated water after treatment is 142000 mg/l, the recovery rate of the system is 84.5%, and the TDS of final water production is about 418 mg/l, which meets the design and reuse requirements. The sodium sulfate produced in the evaporation crystallization stage is about 4.9 t/h, and its purity is 99.12%, which can be used as chemical raw material.
