Abstract

Water allocation refers to the gradual allocation of the total available water resources or the amount of water that can be allocated to the administrative area, and determines the share of water consumption or the share of water used for living and production in the administrative area. The total amount of available water resources includes the amount of surface water resources and the amount of groundwater resources that can be exploited, minus the overlap between the two. Aiming at the water allocation problem of the Juzhang River, this paper discusses the basic principles of water allocation and the technical route of water allocation plan formulation. A water allocation plan for the Juzhang River Basin was drawn up through steps such as supply and demand forecasting and supply and demand balance analysis. The research can provide a certain reference for the development of water allocation schemes in small and medium-sized river basins.
