Abstract

The energy strategy as the essential content of the development of national construction, the new energy as the core of the new type of power system after the comprehensive promotion, our country started to market mechanism as an effective measure to control energy resources and climate, and, from the perspective of the electric power market and the carbon market to guide our country electric power industry have been developing steadily in the direction of the high efficiency and low carbon. Under the background of energy network, the development trend of distributed power generation equipment and active load continues to rise. This change not only provides new opportunities for the operation and management of virtual power plants, but also brings more challenges in practice. At the same time, according to the accumulated experience of the Chinese government in dealing with the energy system and related strategic policies, in order to scientifically control the power supply and combination of multiple energy sources, it is necessary to strengthen the optimal allocation of its own resources on the basis of constructing the energy network, so as to ensure the safe and stable operation of the power system. Therefore, based on the understanding of the current collaborative development background of China's visual market and power market, this paper proposes a clear mechanism according to the operation situation of virtual power plants, and conducts performance analysis from the ambiguity of source-load side to the two-stage robust stochastic optimal scheduling method of multi-power virtual power plants.
