Abstract
This paper analyzes the factors, which causes the no-linear of the ultrasonic in the processing system, and the reasons of the ultrasonic reflection and transmission at the contact interface according to the wave theory. In this paper, the ultrasonic displacement coefficient, the pressure reflection coefficient, the displacement transmission coefficient and the pressure transmission coefficient are deduced. The relation among the x-axis and included angle, the incident wave, reflected transmitted waves. The relationship between the preload of the piezoelectric ceramics and the ultrasonic propagation is established, and the best of the bolt preload is investigated. The experiment is done to verify the relationship between the amplitude-frequency characteristics and the ultrasonic transducer at different preload, which provides a reliable basis for the ultrasonic system design, installation and maintenance.
