Research on trustworthiness assessment technology of intelligent decision-making system

Abstract

Increasingly complicated environment of intelligent decision-making system and the inherent unexplainable algorithm black-box problem in the decision-making process can easily result in a man-computer trust crisis and affect users' decision-making behavior. Therefore, investigating assessment method of trustworthiness of intelligent decision-making system is extremely urgent under sophisticated application scenarios and high-risk tasks. Targeting the difficulties of trustworthiness assessment of intelligent decision-making systems, an assessment method of the trustworthiness of intelligent decision-making system is proposed in this paper. The existing concept and connotation of artificial intelligence trustworthiness is analyzed to standardize the attribute requirements of trustworthiness of decision-making system combined with complex application scenarios. The index system of trustworthiness assessment of the intelligent decision-making system is constructed based on the analysis of the attribute requirements. According to assessment indices, the trustworthiness assessment method of the intelligent decision-making system is proposed. It provides an important theoretical and technical reference for realizing the cognition of trustworthiness degree of the intelligent decision-making system from a perceptual perspective to a rational perspective.
