Abstract

With the gradual increase of the transport volume of hazardous chemicals, more and more attention has been paid to the transport risk of hazardous chemicals. In this paper, fault tree analysis (FTA) method is used to analyze the transportation safety of hazardous chemicals, and various factors leading to the leakage of hazardous chemicals are found out. By calculating the minimum cut sets, the minimum path sets and the structural importance of the fault tree, the factors leading to the leakage of hazardous chemicals are sorted according to the structural importance, and the key factors causing the leakage of hazardous chemicals are determined. The corresponding risk control measures are put forward according to the factors causing the leakage of hazardous chemicals. It plays an important role in ensuring the transportation safety of hazardous chemicals.
