Abstract

From the process of poverty alleviation to rural revitalization, there are many important factors restricting rural revitalization. As the main line of rural industrial revitalization, poverty alleviation through tourism creates different value for rural revitalization, which will affect the efficiency of rural revitalization. Tourism poverty alleviation projects as targeted poverty alleviation projects are common in various poverty-stricken counties, but the effect of tourism poverty alleviation is obviously different. In this regard, this paper uses the principal component analysis, the Delphi method and the DEA model to discuss the relationship between tourism poverty alleviation and rural revitalization. Firstly, the quantitative characteristics of various factors promoting rural revitalization are analyzed to identify the key factors of the efficiency of tourism poverty alleviation; secondly, it determines the evaluation index of rural revitalization by the Delphi method and scores the rural revitalization level by questionnaire; cluster the poor counties from input and output, and the DEA model is used to analyze the relationship between tourism poverty alleviation and rural revitalization, so as to further grasp the efficiency of tourism poverty alleviation promoting rural revitalization.
