Abstract

Drilling rigs play an important role in the foundation construction of UHV engineering, with the rapid development of power construction, the demand for drilling rigs by related construction units is also increasing, especially drilling rigs adapted to mountain environments, and the development of related construction tools has huge market prospects. In view of the problem of UHV engineering mountain construction machine entry, the traditional integral drilling rig has been transformed into a modular drilling rig, and the modular construction equipment is transported to the construction site through the cableway, and then the module is assembled. To this end, this paper carries out the research of tool carts to assist modular equipment assembly and auxiliary construction, introduces the design requirements and overall design scheme of tool carts, and studies the walking chassis, frame module, power module, boom module, mechanical gripper module, etc. The research results of this paper can change the existing construction situation, shorten the assembly time of construction equipment, and promote the development of modular construction equipment.
