Abstract

Aiming at the problem of three-cylinder asynchronous caused by nonlinear factors in the three-cylinder synchronous control system, a fuzzy PID synchronous control method with a tracking differentiator based on an adjacent cross-coupling control strategy is proposed. Fuzzy PID control is used to adjust P, I, and D parameters online, and the tracking differentiator is used in fuzzy control to filter the input error and error differential of fuzzy control. After the controller design is completed, the combined simulation model of the three-cylinder control system is built by AMESim and Simulink. The simulation results verify that the performance of the fuzzy PID controller with tracking differentiator is smaller than the maximum synchronization and average error of the ordinary PID, which can be better applied to the three-cylinder synchronous control system.
