Research on the Training of English Talents in Cross-border E-commerce Business

Abstract

With the progress of globalization and the innovation of network technology, the global cross-border ecommerce industry is developing rapidly, and the demand for cross-border e-commerce English talents in the market continues to increase. As the main position for the society to train professionals to meet the needs of social development, the training of cross-border e-commerce talents is facing new situations and requirements. This paper analyzes the current situation of the demand for talents in the development of cross-border e-commerce in my country, and the problems existing in the training of cross-border e-commerce talents in colleges and universities, and puts forward the reform opinions on the training of cross-border e-commerce talents in colleges and universities for reference.
