Abstract

With the rapid development of the social economy and construction industry, environmental pollution, ecological deterioration and other issues are becoming more and more serious. People pay more attention to the development of green low-carbon buildings. However, it is found that although the relevant evaluation standards are based on energy conservation, there is no clear quantification of building carbon emissions and social benefits, and it is impossible to comprehensively and scientifically evaluate the benefits of energy conservation and environmental protection brought by green and low-carbon building technologies. Based on this, combined with the latest green building evaluation standards, an evaluation index system of green low-carbon building technologies economic is put forward, and the indexes are assigned by the improved order relation method. According to the evaluation results, the green technology combination scheme is optimized to provide a reference for the design of similar projects, so as to promote the development of green and low-carbon buildings.
