Coconut Creek (Florida), ISSN 0749-0208.Through the establishment of a marine economic accounting system, we can grasp the pulse of marine economic operation in time, and realize the macrocontrol of the marine economy. Through the construction of a marine economic accounting system, we can make clear the accounting method, which will more accurately count the scale and structure of the marine economy. Through reasonable regulation and control, the local government can formulate reasonable marine industrial policies, which will improve the development of the marine regional economy. Marine economy is an important part of coastal economy, which will reflect the important economic growth points of coastal areas. Through the establishment of a marine economic accounting system, we can reflect the overall economic level of coastal areas, which will enhance the important role of the marine economy. This paper analyzes the foreign statistical accounting system of the marine economy. The accuracy of China's marine industry data is insufficient. By comparing the different results, we build our marine economic accounting system on the basis of strategic financial accounting.
