Abstract
In order to realize the 126kV vacuum circuit breaker which is used by motor actuator to synchronous closing, a device is developed to realize the circuit breaker synchronous closing and use DSP(Digital Signal Processing) as the control core. Established a simulation model, through the simulation and calculation of the vacuum circuit breaker when closing no-load transformer and capacitor. Circuit breaker produced the inrush current and over voltage in two different loads when it closing is analyzed. Suitable closing angle is achieved to make the inrush current and over voltage smaller. Analyzed the pre-breakdown, the temperature, the circuit breaker contact wear and other factors effect on the synchronous closing operation. Combine the dynamic characteristics of the motor, adopt the double closed loop control system for motor speed regulation. To complete the synchronous closing. Carried out the relevant experimental studying. The results showed that the device realize the motor actuator which is used in vacuum circuit breaker synchronous closing operation.
