Abstract

As a new member in the unmanned aircrafts family, tilt rotor unmanned aircraft can not only realize vertical take-off and landing as well as a stable hover on air, but also get a long cruise flight at higher speed. In this article, through comparatively analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of existing tilting rotor unmanned aerial vehicle structure design, we design a new type of tilt rotor structure of unmanned aerial vehicle. Then, we get lift coefficient, drag coefficient, lift-to-drag ratio and other related aerodynamic parameters of the unmanned aerial vehicle after the simulation research on the unmanned aerial vehicle structure with the SC/TETRA software, and verify the feasibility of the structure and the aerodynamic performance of high efficiency. All the above provide a theoretical basis for further research.
