Abstract
In today's society, under the environment of continuous innovation of education in the world, preschool education and orientation of new teachers have received unprecedented attention. This article investigates the factors of professional adaptation, environmental adaptation, and psychological adaptation of undergraduate and pre-school graduates in the Hulunbuir area in the past three years, and combines the experience and results of relevant academic theories at home and abroad to explore how to effectively promote the adaptation of new teachers on the job.
