Abstract

Nondestructive testing technology plays a vital role in ensuring the safe and effective operation of industrial production. Aiming at the problem of quantitative detection of defects in metal materials, based on studying the existing eddy current detection technology and based on the principle of finite element, this study designs a quantitative detection scheme of detecting defects in metal materials using neural network, uses eddy current probe to obtain the detection signal of defects, makes quantitative judgment on the location and size of defects in parts, and simulates and studies the frequency, size The influence of exciting current and coil arrangement on the detection signal.
