Abstract

With the further deepening of people's demand for health, the use of mobile health apps has become more popular. The recovery duration suggestion function of the mobile health App can provide more scientific exercise guidance and good exercise experience, but there are still some shortcomings, such as low data utilization, and the suggestion is difficult to be accurate to individuals. In this paper, questionnaire survey is used to collect data, and a hidden Markov prediction model based on K-means clustering analysis is established. Through training the collected data, a more scientific analysis of the recovery time after exercise can be finally given. Finally, we give some suggestions on the future development of sports bracelets.
