Abstract
The overloading and the overcrowding of passenger vehicles have become the important issues to constrain the development of road traffic transportation in our country. The overload detection technology can be divided into the weighing measurement, the offset measurement, the photoelectric sensor measurement and the composite measurement based on the patented technology and the academic literature. The wireless real-time no-parking overload monitoring system has been designed which has taken the infrared signal and the pressure signal as environmental awareness module and that has combined with the RF wireless transceiver device as well as the AVR micro controller control chip. This system has achieved the intelligent detecting judgment, which has alleviated the traffic congestion caused by road security inspection, and improved the security and the reliability of road transportation, the overload warning records and the real-time live penalties for the flowing passenger vehicles.
