Abstract

The impact of mindfulness training on mental health has become the focus of people's attention. A large number of studies have shown that mindfulness training can effectively improve an individual's mood mood, improve emotional regulation, reduce stress and anxiety, and improve the mental health of an individual. The Tao Te Ching is a classic of Taoist philosophy, and its core ideas emphasize conforming to nature, ruling by non-action, and inner harmony. Under the guidance of the Tao Te Ching, mindfulness training can help employees better understand their work and life, adjust their mentality, effectively cope with workplace pressure, and improve their mental health. The purpose of this study was to explore the impact of mindfulness training under the guidance of Tao Te Ching on employees' mental health, and to propose corresponding mental health promotion strategies.
