In the transformation of China's economy from high-speed development to high-quality development, the green development of the logistics industry is one of the driving forces to promote the high-quality development of China's economy. This paper first uses the DEA Malmquist model to measure the green total factor productivity of the logistics industry in 30 provinces and cities in China, and then uses fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis (fsQCA) to explore the influencing factors and promotion path of green total factor productivity of logistics industry in China. Finally, it concludes that logistics energy intensity and urbanization rate are the core factors to improve the green total factor productivity of the logistics industry in China. It also puts forward four paths that can provide a reference for improving the green total factor productivity of China's logistics industry and accelerating the green development of China's logistics industry.
