Abstract

The wheel of history rolls forward, leaving a profound mark on the land of ancient Rome. In this long history, Roman law, as the birthplace of Western civilization, has a far-reaching impact. Among them, the bloodshed between the aristocrats and the commoners is undoubtedly the most profound mark in Roman history. However, behind this mark is hidden a great law - the Laws of the Twelve Tables.
