Abstract

It is an efficient exploration to construct the teachers’ ethics performance evaluation indicator system of university teachers by integrating their ideals and beliefs, teaching style and other factors to conduct the evaluation, so as to better constrain and motivate the management, to continue to promote the deepening of teachers' ethics construction. Up till now, most of the researches in this field failed to quantify the basic content of teachers’ ethics construction and took it as the basis of evaluation, which has become an obstacle to the construction and development of teachers’ ethics. Based on the research and summary of teachers’ ethics construction content, this paper has comprehensively selected the evaluation indicators. On this basis, through the Delphi method and AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process), the paper has determined the level and weight of the indicators, and has established a comprehensive and systematic university teachers’ ethics performance evaluation indicator system.
