Abstract
JD's Self-built logistics model has made great achievements but also faces new challenges. This paper constructs a SWOT matrix to analyze the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities, and threats of JD's Self-built logistics. Identify the primary problems of Self-built logistics by constructing an IFE internal factor analysis matrix and an external factor EFE matrix. Finally, feasible suggestions are given from four aspects: improvement of satisfaction, personnel training, logistics facility construction, and information center construction.
