Research on the Operation Mechanism of Industry Technology Research Institute

Abstract

Within the innovation chain in our country, the transformation between Industrial Generic Technology and scientific and technological achievements is relatively weak. The reason is that lack of the effective industrial innovation organizations and the innovation subjects are difficult to make full use of their advantage. Industrial Technology Research Institute under the new situation of China has already begun in some areas. It is a new organizational form to promote industrial generic technology research and development. This paper takes the new organization form which named Industrial Technology Research Institute as the research object. Firstly, this paper defines the connotation of Industrial Technology Research Institute and sums up the necessity of establishing it. Secondly, it mainly focused on the organization design and operation mechanism of industrial technology research institute. Finally, this paper puts forward some relevant policy suggestions.
